Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
Q. When will my order get dispatched?
A. We will dispatch your order on the same day if it is placed before 12pm on a working day. Otherwise, we dispatch your order on the next working day.(Note: SLA period is 1-2 Days)
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Electronic Transaction Order: Orders placed are usually delivered within 4-7 working days from the day of placing the order. Cash-On Delivery (COD) Order: Orders placed are usually delivered within 5-10 working days from the day of placing the order.
Q. How can I view, change or cancel my order?
A. You can view, change or cancel your orders by clicking on the “My Account” option in the menu. Please note that you can only cancel the order before it is shipped.
Q. I have a different query, how do I contact you?

Q. Can I return the items I have purchased?
A. Yes, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product on the condition that it remains intact, has not been used and is returned complete with the original product packaging and labels. If you made an order online, you can return it within 10 days of receipt of the parcel and the invoice amount for the returned product or products will be refunded.
Q. Is the price quoted inclusive of tax?
A. Yes, the prices quoted are inclusive of GST component applicable on the material component.
