The Implementation of the program at schools would be a 2 step Process which would be initiated
through
1. Teacher Training: where the teachers who would be conducting the activity get familiar with
the various aspects of the program. Butterfly Fields would train the master trainers. These
master trainers would intern train the teachers at school locations.
2. Conducting the Program: this would involve setting up a calendar for the activities to be
conducted followed by support before and after activities. Program Manager to ensure the
implementation at regular intervals as per the Calendar. Butterfly fields would support
teachers with an access to E Learning Portal where Videos and manuals of all.
